Bahrain Cab Booking Request
Request executive chauffeur travel, airport transfers, cross-border journeys and group transport across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and selected GCC destinations.
Booking Policies
For homes, hotels, offices, restaurants, malls and other non-airport locations, the first 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time are free. Waiting charges begin from the 11th minute onward.
For airport arrivals, the first 45 minutes after actual flight landing are free. Bahrain Cab may provide a grace period at its discretion. Waiting charges begin after the free period expires.
Passenger count and luggage information must be accurate. Large luggage includes check-in suitcases, oversized luggage, boxes, baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment and bulky items requiring significant luggage space.
Sedan, SUV and SUV XL vehicles are limited to their designed passenger and luggage capacity. Luggage may not affect passenger safety, comfort, driver visibility or vehicle operation. Capacity limits cannot be exceeded.
Sedan maximum: 4 passengers. Luggage must remain within trunk capacity: up to 2 large suitcases up to 30kg each, or 2 medium suitcases up to 20kg each plus 2 small carry-on bags up to 7kg each. Luggage may not be placed on passenger seats.
If actual requirements exceed vehicle capacity, Bahrain Cab may upgrade the vehicle, charge the applicable difference, provide an additional vehicle at extra cost, require a larger category or refuse transportation where safe limits are exceeded.
Costs resulting from inaccurate booking information remain the customer's responsibility, including vehicle upgrades, additional vehicles, waiting charges, parking fees, border delays, operational delays and additional transportation required to complete the service safely.
All booking requests remain subject to Bahrain Cab confirmation. Submitting a request does not guarantee vehicle availability until confirmation has been issued.
